摘要
随着长江经济带地区社会经济不断发展、国内电力市场化改革逐步深入、长江上游水库陆续建成投运,梯级水库面临的调度需求越来越多,信息量处理越来越大,调度关系越来越复杂。为充分发挥三峡梯级水库的综合效益,在建设新的水库调度系统时,依托云计算和大数据平台,将不同区域的调度业务进行整合,建立统一的智能化水调自动化系统,加强对数据的存储、计算和分析,提供丰富的数据产品及可视化展示等新功能,可为三峡梯级水库的联合优化调度提供强有力的技术支撑。
With the continuous development of the social economy in the Yangtze River economic area and the electricity market-oriented reform,the joint dispatching of the cascade reservoirs in the upper Yangtze River is of much more requirements and information and thus more difficulties.In order to achieve the comprehensive benefits of the Three Gorges cascade reservoirs,an intelligent joint dispatching system is constructed based on the cloud computing technique and the big data platform,in which the dispatching work for different areas are integrated and a unified intelligent automatic dispatching is realized.Also,new functions such as data analysis products and visual presentation are provided through the improved data storage,computing and analysis.It provides strong technical supports for the joint optimized dispatching of the Three Gorges cascade reservoirs.
