摘要
高校学生公寓作为高校学生的"第一社会"、"第二家庭"和"第三课堂",对学生成长成才具有不容忽视的作用。以北京大学作为主要样本,梳理我国高校学生公寓文化建设历程,可以发现:高校学生公寓文化发展过程中的物质形态经历了从斋舍到宿舍再到公寓的过程,并有逐步走向社区化的趋势。经济基础决定上层建筑。伴随着公寓物质文化形态的变化,公寓制度文化与精神文化也必然有所变化,对应的行为文化也会有不同的呈现。北京大学办学过程中,在筹建"燕京学堂"、拆除"宿舍老楼"等工作中因物质基础薄弱而引发的诸如"一体公平、文化传承、人才培养"等问题值得我们深思;其在公寓文化建设中的系列实践和取得的成效,也生动地验证了公寓行为文化、精神文化和制度文化等对于物质文化表现出特立独行和能动的反作用。对高校学生公寓文化历史梳理及现实探索,则说明:高校学生公寓文化建设之路,终将迈向文化公寓建设之道。
As the "First Society",the "Second Family" and the "Third Classroom",students' apartments in colleges and universities have a significant influence in the growth and development of the students.Taking Peking University as the chief sample to outline the process of cultural construction of college and university students' apartments in our country,it finds that the material forms of the cultural development of college student apartments have undergone the process from Zhaishe to dormitory to apartment,and has gradually becoming communityoriented.Upper decision is decided by the economic background.Along with the change of the apartment's material and cultural forms,the institutional culture and spiritual culture of the apartment will inevitably change,and the corresponding behavioral cultures will also have different appearances.During the process of running Peking University,such issues as "One Equity,Cultural Inheritance and Talent Training" triggered by the weak material foundation in the preparation of "Yanjing School" and the demolition of "old dormitory" deserve our deep consideration.The series of practices and achievements in cultural construction have also vividly verified that the behavioral,spiritual and institutional culture of apartments exert a maverick and active reaction to material culture.The research on the cultural history of university student apartment and its realistic exploration shows that the road to the cultural construction of university student apartment will eventually move towards the construction of cultural apartment.
