摘要
目的筛选无糖型清热败毒颗粒的最优成型工艺处方,为临床应用提供依据。方法以成型性、吸湿性、流动性、溶化性为无糖型清热败毒颗粒制作成形工艺的参考指标,对无糖型清热败毒颗粒工艺进行考察。结果浸膏∶糊精∶乳糖=1∶1.4∶0.6,6%聚维酮-70%乙醇制粒时,颗粒各项指标最优。结论通过综合考虑优选出的处方,制成的颗粒药物不仅成型迅速,易溶解,且不易受潮,更适合贮藏存放,符合颗粒药剂的制作要求。
Objective To screen the optimal formulation of sugar-free calorie venom particles,and to provide the basis for clinical application. Methods The formula of the carbohydrate-type detoxification granule was studied by using the reference index of forming,hygroscopicity,fluidity and solubility as the sugar-free detoxification granule. Results Extract： dextrin： lactose = 1∶ 1. 4∶ 0. 6,6% povidone-70% ethanol granulation,the best indicators of the particles. Conclusion By taking into account the preferred prescription,the granules produced are not only rapid,easy to dissolve,but also vulnerable to moisture,more suitable for storage and storage,in line with the requirements of the preparation of granules.
