板式空冷器在气体分馏装置上应用及优化改造

摘要 介绍了中国石油四川石化有限责任公司600 kt/a气体分馏装置板式换热器运行中存在的问题,提出了科学有效的解决方案。板式换热器运行过程中水喷淋系统经常堵塞,通过对喷淋循环水泵入口实施改造,使空冷器运行周期由1 d延长至12 d。气体分馏装置15台空冷器每台都配一个水箱,各水箱串联,运行过程中液位高低不同,将水箱单独供水改为集中水循环系统供水,彻底解决喷淋水系统堵塞、冷却量不足等问题,大大减少空冷器维护成本,电耗也降低了60.8%。 The problems existing in the operation of plate air cooler in a 600,000 TPY gas fractionation unit of Petro China Sichuan Petrochemical Co.,Ltd. are introduced,and scientific and effective solutions are presented. The water spray system of plate heat exchanger is often blocked. The operation cycle of the air cooler is extended from 1 day to 12 days by revamping the inlet of the recycle water pump. A water drum is provided for each of 15 air coolers of the fractionation unit which are installed in series. The water level in each drum is different in operation. The original single water tank of the spraying cooling water system is changed into a centralized cooling water system,which has completely solved the problems of the plugging and insulfficient cooling of the water spray system,greatly reduced the maintenance cost of air coolers and lowered the electric power consumption by 60. 8%.
