摘要
为了加强洪泽湖地区洪水风险管理,保障淮河下游防洪安全,采用WebGIS与水文学、水力学模型相结合,将一、二维耦合的水动力学模型内嵌于B/S系统进行洪水预报预警的方法。构建了一维洪泽湖地区河道、二维洪泽湖湖面及周边滞洪区相耦合的洪水演进模型,在此基础上开发了基于WebGIS的洪泽湖地区洪水预报预警系统,实现了对降雨、洪水进行实时监控、预报和对预警关注地点水位、流量变化、洪水淹没和超标洪水预警信息的可视化展示。系统进一步提升了洪泽湖地区的防洪数字化水平,可为避险减灾提供决策支持。
In order to strengthen the flood risk management of Hongze Lake area and ensure the flood control safety of the lower reaches of Huaihe,by combining Web GIS with hydrology and hydrodynamic model,a 1D-2D coupled hydrodynamic model is embedded into the B/S system to forecast and warn flood. A 1D river,2D lake and detention basin coupled flood routing model was built,on this basis,the flood forecasting and warning system of the Hongze Lake area is developed based on Web GIS. The rainfall and flood can be real-time monitored and forecasted,the water level and flow changes at the concerns,with the flood risk and over-level flood warning information can be visualized. The system further improved the digital level of flood control of the Hongze Lake area,and can provide decision support for emergency escape and disaster reduction.
