摘要
目的:探讨循证医学指导下的多学科诊疗(MDT)模式在胃肠外科住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年至2017年在胃肠外科参加住院医师规范化培训的住院医师60人,随机分为MDT教学模式组和传统带教组,比较两组教学效果及教学满意度的差别。结果:试验组规培生的理论考试成绩及临床实践能力均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);MDT教学模式在提高规培生的学习兴趣、加深对理论知识的理解程度、提高规培生的自学能力、提高理论联系实践能力及提高临床思维能力方面均优于传统带教组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于住院医师的规范化培养,MDT教学模式具有较大的优势,值得推广。
Objective To explore the training effect of Multi-Disciplinary treatment(MDT) teaching mode in gastrointestinal surgery for standardized training of residents. Methods 60 trainees who received standardized training from 2015 to 2017 were chosen and divided into MDT mode group and traditional mode group. The effect and satisfaction were investigated. Results MDT teaching mode showed significant better tests grade, clinical practical skill, training study interest, faculty of understanding, self-study ability, integration capability, clinical thinking ability and satisfaction(P〈 0.05). Conclusion MDT teaching mode applied in standardized training of residents has obvious effects and is worth popularizing.
