摘要
目的：对金匮温经汤治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床研究文献进行Meta分析,评价其疗效及安全性。方法：计算机检索Pub Med、EMBASE、Cochrane图书馆、万方、维普、CBM、CNKI数据库,收集温经汤治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的随机对照试验。由两名研究者按照Rev Man5.3软件推荐研究方法独立选择文献、提取资料,并进行Meta分析。结果：纳入研究文献15篇,合计1333例患者,其中试验组716例,西药对照组617例。Meta分析结果,以痛经症状积分为结局指标,温经汤与其他止痛药相比,MD=-0.32,95%CI（-0.76,0.11）,Z=1.46,P=0.15;以痛经疼痛评分（VAS）为结局指标,温经汤与其他止痛药相比,MD=-1.30,95%CI（-2.31,-0.28）,Z=2.50,P=0.01〈0.05;以痛经总体疗效为结局指标,温经汤与其他止痛药相比,RR=1.25,95%CI（1.19,1.31）,Z=8.55,P〈0.00001。结论：温经汤治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经具有一定的临床疗效,是可供临床选择的治疗方案。
Objective：To conduct a Meta-analysis on clinical study literatures for the effect of JinguiWenjing Decoction for treating primary dysmenorrhea with cold-stagnation and blood-stasis syndrome,in order to evaluate its efficacy and safty. Methods：Pub Med,EMBASE,the Cochrane Library,four Chinese medical databases[Chongqing VIP Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database（VIP）,and Wan Fang Database,Chinese Bio Medical Literature on disc（CBM）,the Chinese Medical Database（CNKI）]were searched through computer to collect Wenjing Decoction for treating primary dysmenorrhea with cold-stagnation and blood-stasis syndrome in randomized controlled trials. Two researchers independently selected literatures,extracted data and conducted a Meta-analysis according to the study method recommended by Rev Man5.3 software. Results：Totally 15 study literatures involving 1333 cases were selected,including 716 cases in the test group and 617 cases in the control group. According to the result of the Meta-analysis,the comparison between both groups in the dysmenorrhea symptoms score showed,MD=-0.32,95% CI（-0.76,0.11）,Z=1.46,P=0.15,and the comparison between both groups in the recent pain visual analogue scale（VAS）showed,MD=-1.30,95% CI（-2.31,-0.28）,Z=2.50,P=0.010.05,the comparison between Wenjing decoction groups and control groups in the response rate showed,RR=1.25,95% CI（1.19,1.31）,Z=8.55,P〈0.00001. Conclusion：Wenjing Decoction showed a certain clinical efficacy for treating primary dysmenorrhea with cold-stagnation and blood-stasis syndrome and so can be used as a clinical therapeutic option.
