摘要
目的了解芜湖市暗娼人群对艾滋病知识、行为及艾滋病、梅毒和丙肝的感染状况,为对该人群开展艾滋病综合防治和有效干预提供依据。方法由接受过培训的高危行为干预工作队工作人员,进入芜湖市娱乐场所,采用《全国艾滋病哨点监测实施方案》中暗娼人群问卷进行现场调查,采集血液标本进行人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)、梅毒螺旋体(TP)及丙肝病毒(HCV)血清学检测。结果 3年共对1 200名暗娼进行了调查,2013—2015年艾滋病患者(AIDS)相关知识知晓率为92.75%,94.00%,95.00%,最近1次与客人发生性行为时安全套使用率为96.00%,95.75%和99.00%,最近1个月内与客人发生性行为时每次使用安全套的比例为71.50%,83.50%和79.25%。在接受艾滋病相关服务方面,接受过"安全套宣传发放/艾滋病咨询与检测"的人数占所有调查人数的91.00%,92.75%,99.00%;接受过"同伴教育"的占45.75%,65.75%,82.00%。3年暗娼人群的梅毒感染率是7.50%、2.00%、3.75%。结论芜湖市暗娼人群对艾滋病知识知晓率较高,安全套每次使用率不高,梅毒感染率高,虽然现在HIV感染率较低,但暗娼人群感染HIV的风险依然较高,需要继续加强对该类人群的针对性行为干预和宣传教育工作。
[Objective]To understand the level of HIV/AIDS knowledge among the sex workers in Wuhu City, know the infection status of AIDS, syphilis and hepatitis C, and provide evidence for the comprehensive prevention and effective intervention of HIV/AIDS in this population. [Methods] The trained high-risk behavior intervention team staff investigated the sex workers in entertainment venues by the questionnaire from the national AIDS sentinel monitoring implementation of the program. The blood samples were collected for the serological detection of human immunodeficiency virus（HIV）, treponema pallidum（TP） and hepatitis C virus（HCV）. [Results] Totally 1 200 sex workers were investigated in 3 years. The awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge from 2013-2015 was 92.75%, 94.00% and 95.00%, respectively. The condom use rate was respectively 96.00%, 95.75% and99.00% for the most recent sexual intercourse with the clients, and the proportion of sex workers used condom every time for sexual intercourse in the last 1 month was 71.50%, 83.50% and 79.25%, respectively. In the case of HIV/AIDS related services,the people who have received condom publicity and distribution/AIDS consultation and testing respectively accounted for 91.00%,92.75% and 99.00% of all participants, and the people who have received peer education respectively accounted for 45.75%,65.75% and 82.00%. The infection rate of syphilis in sex workers was respectively 7.50%, 2.00% and 3.75% from 2013 to 2015.[Conclusion] Among the sex workers in Wuhu City, the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge is high, the condom use rate is low and the syphilis infection rate is high. Although the HIV infection rate is low, the risk of HIV infection among the sex workers is still high. It is necessary to continue to strengthen targeted behavioral intervention and education among this population.
