南宁市2014年-2016年儿童流感病原学监测结果分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的对南宁市2014年-2016年儿童流感病原学监测资料进行分析,为儿童流感的预防提供依据。方法采集2014年-2016年南宁市流感监测哨点医院流感样病例(ILI)患儿的咽拭子标本,采用实时荧光定量PCR进行流感病毒检测,对不同流感病毒的流行进行季节和年龄分布的统计学分析。结果共采集3 930份0岁~14岁ILI患儿咽拭子标本,核酸阳性289份,阳性率为7.35%。季节性H3型阳性率高峰在2014年、2015年的6月-7月,新甲型H1N1阳性率的高峰在2014年、2016年3月,乙型流感病毒全年均有分布,2014年-2016年流行趋势逐渐增强。不同年龄组病毒阳性率呈显著上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(χ_(趋势)~2=63.749,P<0.01),以12岁~14岁年龄组阳性率最高(19.18%)。结论南宁市2014年-2016年儿童流感流行高峰主要在春、夏季节,优势毒株交替流行出现。应重视乙型流感病毒对儿童健康的影响,加强对学龄儿童的流感防控工作。 Objective To analyze the data of Children's influenza pathogenic surveillance in Nanning from 2014 to 2016,so as to provide basis for the prevention of influenza in children. Methods From 2014 to 2016,throat swab specimens were collected from children with influenza-like illness( ILI) in sentinel hospitals. Influenza virus was detected in the specimens by real-time polymerase chain reaction( RT-PCR). Epidemic pattern and age distribution of different influenza virus were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 3 930 throat swab specimens were collected in ILI children aged 0-14 years old,among which influenza virus' nucleic acids was positive in 289 cases,with the positive rate of 7. 35%. The positive rate of type H3 peaked during June-July from 2014 to 2015,the positive rate peak of new type H1 N1 was in March,2014 and March,2016. The B-type influenza virus were observed through the whole year,with the epidemic status severe during 2014-2016. The positive rate of virus in different age groups showed significant upward trend,and the difference was statistically significant( χ_(trend)~2=63. 749,P 〈0. 01). The highest positive rate( 19. 18%) was in the age group of 12-14 years old. Conclusion The peak seasons of influenza in children in Nanning from 2014 to 2016 appear in spring and summer,and the prevalent influenza strains were multiple with the alternations of dominant strains. More attention should be paid to the effect of B-type influenza virus on children's health,and protection and control of influenza on school-age children should be strengthened.
