摘要
对于直流炉机组的协调控制方案,煤和水的控制是其中的关键。针对某电厂1000 MW机组,采用"炉跟机"协调方式进行控制。在燃料控制方案中,采用前馈修正、中间点温度修正、BTU煤质校正等策略,对锅炉主控回路和燃料主控回路进行控制方案的优化;在给水控制方案中,通过对前馈的修正、优化减温水作用,对给水主控回路进行完善。结果表明,在机组升降负荷以及稳态运行的过程中,经过优化后的控制策略能够很好地将主汽压力偏差控制在±0.4 MPa,各主要参数的控制效果良好,具有很好的稳定性,并且能够满足AGC试验的要求。
As for the coordinated control method of once-through unit, the key point is the control of coal and water. A boiler-turbine coordinated control method was used for the 1000MW unit in Fuzhou Power Plant. The feedforward modification, intermediate steam temperature modification, and coal quality correction have all been used for both the optimization of the boiler control system and fuel control system. Besides, the feedforward modification and optimization of the desuperheating water have been applied in the water control system. The results showed that, the controlling error of the main steam pressure can be constrained within + 0.4MPa, during both the load variation process and stable operation process respectively, by optimizing of the coordinated control method. All the main parameters have been controlled with good effect and stability, which met the demand of automatic generation control (AGC).
