摘要
目的了解2014—2016年上海市金山区其他感染性腹泻流行特征,为制定其他感染性腹泻相关预防和控制策略提供依据。方法对2014—2016年中国疾病预防控制信息系统中报告现住址为上海市金山区的其他感染性腹泻病例进行描述流行病学分析。结果 2014—2016年上海市金山区共报告其他感染性腹泻病例669例,年均发病率为28.91/10万。历年发病率呈明显的上升趋势;本地病例发病率高于外来病例;女性发病率高于男性;病例主要集中在18~40岁,以农民和工人为主;发病高峰在8月份;各镇(街道)均有病例发生,其中以山阳镇和朱泾镇两个乡镇发病最多;主要流行的病原株为沙门菌和副溶血性弧菌。结论 2014—2016年金山区其他感染性腹泻发生有明显的年龄、性别、职业、户籍和季节差异,应结合人群的分布特征做好相关的健康教育工作。
[Objective] To understand the epidemic characteristics of other infectious diarrhea in Jinshan District from 2014-2016,provide basis for developing the prevention and control measures of other infectious diarrhea.[Methods] The data of other infectious diarrhea cases whose present address is Jinshan District of Shanghai were collected from China disease prevention and control information system and were analyzed by the descriptive epidemiological method.[Results] A total of 669 cases of other infectious diarrhea were reported in Jinshan District of Shanghai from 2014-2016,and the average annual incidence rate of 28.91/lakh.The incidence rate has shown an obvious upward trend over the years.The incidence rate of local cases was higher than that of foreign case.The incidence rate of femalea was higher than that of males.The cases concentrated at the age of 18-40 years old,and mainly were farmers and workers.The peak season appeared in August.The cases occurred in all towns（streets）,and case number in Shanyang Town and Zhujing Town was the highest.The main epidemic pathogens were Salmonella and Vibrio parahaemolyticus.[Conclusion] The epidemic situation of other infectious diarrhea in Jinshan District from 2014-2016 has obvious differences in age,sex,occupation,household registration and season.It is necessary to improve the related health education according to the distribution characteristics of the population.
