摘要
研究了紫色链霉菌中紫色素的分布情况、色素稳定性及对蚕丝织物的染色。结果表明,紫色链霉菌发酵产生的紫色素分为胞内色素和胞外色素,且胞外色素含量大于胞内色素,在光谱图中出现三个吸收峰,分别在585~610 nm,540~560 nm,495~510 nm左右。其发酵产生的紫色素在100℃以内稳定性较好,在Cu^(2+)和Fe^(2+)作用下较为稳定。采用紫色素对蚕丝织物进行染色,较佳的染色工艺为:采用直接染色法,染色温度90℃,染色时间40 min,pH=10。染色织物的耐干、湿摩擦色牢度为4级,沾色4~5级,变色4级,耐日晒色牢度4级。
The distribution and stability of purple colorant in Streptomyces violaceus, and its dyeing on silk fabric are studied. The results show that the Streptomyces vio/aceus purple colorant can be divided into two kinds: intracellular and extracellular colorant, and the content of extracellular colorant is higher. Three absorption wavelengths can be observed at 585-610 nm, 540-560 nm, 495-510 nm in the UV-Vis absorption spectra. The purple colorant produced by the fermentation is stable under 100 ℃, especial- ly in the presence of Cu2+ and Fe2+. The optimal dyeing process is pH=10, dyeing at 90 ℃ for 40 rain. The color fastness to rubbing of the dyed fabric is Grade 4, color fastness to staining is Grade 4-5, and color fastness to light is Grade 4.
