摘要
文章以国外高水平高校智库为研究对象,分析其运行机制,为中国特色新型高校智库建设提供参考。运用文献调研法、网站调查法,将8家国外高水平高校智库分为4类,归纳4类国外高校智库在组织管理、人才配置、资金管理、项目运营等方面的特点。从管理模式、资金来源、人才队伍、合作交流4个方面总结国外高水平高校智库运行机制对中国特色新型高校智库建设的启示。
This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the operation mechanisms of eight influential foreign high- level university-affiliated think tanks, aiming at providing references for the future development of whole new university-affiliated think tanks in China. Through literature review and website investigation, it divides the eight think tanks into four categories, and summarizes each category's features in terms of organization, personnel, funding and project operation. On this basis, it proposes that Chinese university-affiliated think tanks should improve their management, expand their funding resources, build their competitive talent teams, and strengthen their communication and co-operation with all kinds of institutions home and abroad.
