摘要 宫颈鳞癌的发生发展与人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染有关,合理使用HPV疫苗可能对某些宫颈癌起预防作用,但现阶段的HPV疫苗作用仍十分有限,并且在接种后会诱发诸多不良反应。为此,本文通过报道HPV病毒、宫颈癌、HPV疫苗三者间的联系,归纳HPV疫苗诱发不良反应种类,探讨如何规避不良反应事件发生的风险。 The development of squamous cell carcinoma in the cervix is associated with human papillomavirus (HPV)infection. Hence HPV vaccine may prevent some cervical cancer when used appropriately. But the effect of present HPVvaccine is limited and adverse events might occur after vaccination. Here we reported the relationships among HPV,cervical cancer and HPV vaccine, summarized HPV vaccine-induced adverse events, and explored potential risk factors forthe adverse events as well as the precautions.
