摘要
全国中医药博士生优秀论文评选活动(以下简称优博活动)是面向全国中医药博士研究生的论文评选活动,总结和分析优博活动历届获奖论文可一窥当前中医药研究的热点。文章系统总结和分析优博活动2011年至2017年获奖论文发现,国家各级、各类部门对中医药研究大力支持,过半的获奖论文由北京、上海、广州等地中医药院校(科研机构)发表,反映当前科研资源一定程度存在地域集中的趋势。方剂相关、中医理论、证候、临床研究以及临证技巧是当前中医研究的热点,药理学和针灸作用机制研究分别是中药和针灸研究的焦点。当前中医药研究凸显"面向临床、朝向实践"以及"多学科交叉"的特点。但也要看到,体现中医药学原创思维的研究仍显不足,当前中医药研究迫切需要建立符合中医药特点的现代研究方法体系。
National Excellent Thesis of TCM Doctoral Students was in the face of national TCM doctoral students, summary and analysis of papers published in this competition may be a glimpse of the current research hotspots of traditional Chinese medicine. This paper systematically analyzed and summarized the award-winning papers in this competition published from 2011 to 2017 and found： All levels and departments of the state set up funds to support for the research of traditional Chinese medicine. More than half of the award-winning papers were published by first tier cities in traditional Chinese medicine institutions, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou,etc, reflecting the trend of regional concentration of scientific research resources to some extent. Prescription, TCM theory, syndrome, clinical research and clinical skills were hot topics in the study of traditional Chinese medicine. Pharmacological and acupuncture mechanisms were the focus of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture research. At present, the research of traditional Chinese medicine highlighted the characteristics of ＇toward the clinic, toward practice＇ and ＇multi discipline crossing＇. But the study of original thinking of traditional Chinese medicine was still insufficient. Moreover, a modem research method system in line with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine urgently needs to be established.
