摘要
目的：观察血栓通配合稳心颗粒联合应用对气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法：搜集冠心病心绞痛患者120例,随机将其分为对照组和治疗组,每组60例。对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组予血栓通配合稳心颗粒联合治疗,治疗周期定为8周,随访18周,观察心绞痛症状、气虚血瘀证候、心电图变化、心绞痛发病情况以及对TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平的影响。结果：治疗组与对照组心绞痛疗效比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。随访18周,结果显示治疗组西雅图生存质量积分明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：血塞通配合稳心颗粒对气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛患者临床疗效显著,值得在临床上进一步推广。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Xueshuantong Injection combined with Wenxin Granules on Patients with angina pectoris of manifestation of Qi-deficiency and blood stasis. Methods： We collected 120 cases of angina pectoris of manifestation patients. The patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment and treatment group was treated with Xueshuantong Injection combined with Wenxin Granules combined treatment. The treatment period was 8 weeks. And after 18 weeks of follow-up,we observed the symptoms of angina pectoris,Qi-deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,ECG changes,incidence of angina pectoris,the effect on TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C levels. Results： There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The number of angina attacks in the treatment group was significantly less than that of the control group. The duration was significantly shorter than that of the control group and the amount of nitroglycerin in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The treatment group of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,including heart palpitations,chest pain,fatigue,shortness of breath,Dark pale tongue with ecchymosis or petechia,thready pulse,sunken or knot generation were significantly improved,compared the difference between the two groups was significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. ECG changes of patients in the treatment group had significant changes compared with before treatment,and there was significant difference（ P 〈 0. 05）. There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the levels of TC and TG（ P 〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference between LDL-C and HDL-C（ P 〈 0. 05）. After 18 weeks of follow-up,the results showed that the quality of life score of the treatment group was significantly higher than those of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The clinical curative effect of Xueshuantong Injection combined with Wenxin Granules on patients with with angina pectoris of manifestation of Qi-deficiency and blood stasis,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
