摘要
目的:评估南京地区含果糖类输液制剂的临床应用现状与用药趋势,为临床合理使用此类输液产品提供参考依据。方法:对2013—2016年南京地区34家医院含果糖类输液制剂的销售金额、用药频度等数据进行统计,并对临床使用中存在的问题进行分析。结果:2013—2016年南京地区34家医院含果糖类输液制剂的销售金额、用药频度总体呈逐年增长趋势,2016年其销售金额已达14 652.10万元;其中复方制剂的销售金额显著高于单方制剂;用药频度排序居前3位的药品始终为果糖注射液、转化糖电解质注射液和转化糖注射液;各药品的限定日剂量变化不大,为70~220元,其中转化糖类、混合糖类制剂的限定日剂量显著高于单纯果糖类输液制剂,与传统葡萄糖类输液制剂的差异更显著。结论:目前含果糖类输液制剂临床应用广泛,但存在一定问题,应重视其使用的安全性、有效性和经济性。
OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the clinical application and medication trends of fructose injections in Nanjing,so as to provide references for its rational application on clinic. METHODS： The consumption sum,DDDs and other data of fructose injections in 34 hospitals in Nanjing during 2013-2016 were collected and analyzed.RESULTS： The consumption sum and DDDs of fructose injections in 34 hospitals in Nanjing during 2013-2016 were in increasing trends,with the consumption sum of 146. 521 million yuan in 2016; of which the consumption sum of compound preparation was significantly higher than that of the prescribed preparation; the top 3 drugs ranked in DDDs were respectively fructose injection,invert sugar and electrolytes injection and invert sugar injection; there were small changes in DDC,which maintained 70-220 yuan,of which the DDC of invert sugar injection and mixed sugar injection were significantly higher than that of the single fructose injection,the difference with traditional glucose injection was more significant. CONCLUSIONS： Fructose injections are widely applied in clinic presently, while its safety,effectiveness and economical efficiency still need consideration.
