摘要 相机标定是高精度机器视觉检测的关键步骤,为了提高机器视觉检测精度提出了一种同一平面四个相机独立视角的四目相机标定技术。与传统的双目相机标定不同,四个相机所观察的是不同视角且两两相机之间间距较大。实验证明标定精度能够达到标定距离精度为0.4,标定角度精度为0.015。此方法用在晶硅太阳能电池片二次印刷栅线对位系统中,在四目相机标定的基础上将待测对象转换到同一个世界坐标系上进行计算,有效地提高了检测结果的准确性。最终实验表明栅线水平偏移检测精度达20μm以内,角度偏移精度达0.01°。 Camera calibration is a key step in high-precision machine vision detection. In order to improve the accuracy of machine vision detection,a four-camera camera calibration technique with four cameras is proposed. Different from traditional binocular camera calibration,the four cameras observe different angles and the distance between the two cameras is large. The experiments show that the calibration accuracy can reach the calibration distance accuracy of 0. 4,calibration angle accuracy of0. 015. This method is used in the crystalline silicon solar cell secondary printing grid alignment system,in the four-eye camera calibration on the basis of the object to be measured on the same world coordinate system to calculate the effective detection of the accuracy of the test results. The final experiment shows that the horizontal offset detection accuracy of the gate line is less than 20μm and the angular offset accuracy is 0. 01 degree.
