摘要
目的研究盆底康复治疗配合家庭训练在产后阴道前壁膨出中的应用效果,为提高患者生活质量,预防女性盆底功能障碍的发生提供理论依据。方法选取2015年12月-2016年12月在该院就诊的阴道前壁膨出患者60例为研究对象,分为联合治疗组(30例)和康复治疗组(30例)两组。康复治疗组给予生物反馈电刺激治疗,联合治疗组在电刺激治疗后,接受家庭身体恢复训练的健康指导,观察比较两组患者的治疗情况以及满意率。结果康复治疗组总有效率低于联合治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);康复治疗组满意率低于联合治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盆底康复治疗配合家庭训练治疗产后阴道前壁膨出效果显著,能够提高患者的生活质量,降低了盆底功能障碍性疾病的发生率。
Objective To study the application effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation combined with family training in treatment of postpartum anterior vaginal wall prolapse, provide a theoretical basis for improving life quality and preventing female pelvic floor dysfunction. Methods Sixty patients with postpartum anterior vaginal wall prolapse were selected from the Second People＇s Hospital of Hengshui from December 2015 to December 2016, then they were divided into combined treatment group and rehabilitation treatment group, 30 patients in each group. The patients in rehabilitation treatment group were treated by biofeedback electrical stimulation, and the patients in combined treatment group were treated by, family physical training health guidance after biofeedback electrical stimulation. The curative effects and satisfaction rates of treatment in the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate and satisfaction rate of treatment in rehabilitation treatment group were statistically significantly lower than those in combined treatment group （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion The effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy combined with family training in treatment of postpartum anterior vaginal wall prolapse is significant, the method can improve life quality and reduce the incidence rate of female pelvic floor dysfunction.
