摘要
目的：观察火针点刺疗法对妇科腹腔镜术后伤口愈合、伤口疼痛及术后恢复的影响。方法：选取择期上午行妇科腹腔镜手术的患者共80例，将其用随机数字表法分为两组各40例，其中常规换药组予术后常规换药处理；火针点刺组在换药过程中，于伤口周围给予火针点刺治疗。两组治疗均每日1次，共7次。观察两组术后伤口愈合情况、记录愈合的天数，在术后6。24，48，72h对两组患者进行疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS），将所得数据进行统计学分析。结果：火针点刺组的伤口愈合时间较常规换药组明显缩短（P〈0．01）；火针点刺组较常规治疗组各时点VAS评分明显减低（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。结论：火针点刺能够促进妇科腹腔镜术后伤口愈合，减轻伤口疼痛，促进术后恢复，缩短住院时间。
Objective：To observe the clinical effects of fire needle therapy on postoperative wound healing and pain relieving after gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods：Total 80 patients undergoing gyneco-logical laparoscopic surgery in the morning were divided into the routine treatment group and the fire needle therapy group according to random number table,40 in each group. Routine dressing change was used in the treatment of both groups while the treatment group received fire needle therapy around the wounds during dressing change,once a day for 7 days. The time of wound healing and scores of visual analogue scale（VAS） at 6,24,48,72 h after surgery were recorded. Results：Compared with the routine treatment group, the wound healing time of fire needle therapy group was obviously shortened（P〈0.01）,and the VAS scores were decreased at all different time points（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The fire needle therapy could promote wound healing and relieving wound pain as well as helping postoperative recovery to shorten hospitalization time after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.
