客家文化导向下的高职艺术设计人才培养模式改革与实践——以河源客家文化传承为例 被引量:5

摘要 高职艺术设计教育融入客家文化传承存在文化传承规律、教育规律、商业运行规律之间的兼容问题,要解决这个问题需要学校、政府、企业三方联动共同完成文化传承工作,以共同构建客家文化导向下的人才培养。通过人才培养体系的创新,课程体系的构建,再通过"文化资源转换为课程资源""文化元素转换为设计产品"的双路径教学实施实现客家文化传承的人才培养。将传统文化的传承与创新与现代教育体系融合,发挥高校文化创新的智力资源,从根本上解决传统文化创新人才的培养,不仅培养学生的专业技能,更培养文化自信心和文化自觉力。 To introduce Haka culture into vocational art design teaching,we have to solve the problems of cultural passdown rule,education rule and commercial running rule.It takes the college,the government and the industry to cooperate to carry out the work of cultural pass-down.the purpose is to cultivate talents under the pattern of building up Haka culture through the cooperation of the three.It will be practiced through the innovation of the training system,the set-up of the curriculum,the transformation from cultural sources to teaching sources and the transformation from cultural elements to design products.the combination of cultural pass-down with modern education system,making use of the cultural innovation talent sources in colleges,can help to cultivate innovation talents in traditional culture with both special technique and cultural confidence and cultural consciousness.
