康复护理干预对风湿性心脏病瓣膜置换术患者术后的临床影响 被引量：11

摘要 目的分析康复护理干预在风湿性心脏病瓣膜置换手术后对患者的临床影响。方法选取144例我院收治的风湿性心脏病接受瓣膜置换术的患者,将其随机分为实验组和参照组各72例。参照组的患者采用常规术后护理,而实验组患者则给与康复护理干预。对两组的患者护理后的临床表现进行研究。结果实验组心功能改善总有效率为91.6%明显高于参照组的56.9%(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论风湿性心脏病瓣膜置换手术后,采用康复护理干预能够有效提高患者心功能改善状况,临床应用效果显著,值得推广。
