摘要
统计2017年国家社科基金各区域或行业的立项数量和学科分布,提出从区域内的立项绝对数和全国范围的学科立项相对数两个维度来描述区域学科发展情况,进而对重庆社会科学学科进行了分类;结合2013—2017年重庆国家社科基金立项数量和学科分布,以及社科单位立项贡献分析,观察到当前重庆社会科学学科发展呈现出的五个特征:全国范围内学科优势不明显、市内学科差距较为明显、整体呈现出学科均衡发展态势、部分学科发展趋势明显、学科力量比较集中。以提高国家社科基金立项数量为目标,从学科建设和科研平台建设两方面提出了建议。
The paper analyzed the National Social Science Fund projects of 2017 in various regions or industries and the distribution of disciplines. It classified the disciplines of philosophy and social sci- ence of Chongqing by proposing a two-dimensional classification method of absolute number of projects in the region and the relative number of subjects across the country to describe the development of re- gion disciplines. We observe five characteristics of development of Chongqing Philosophy and Social Science according to the number of National Social Science Fund projects and the contributions of social science units of Chongqing：Discipline advantage is not obvious across the country, the gap between disciplines within the city is more obvious, showing a balanced development of the overall disciplines, the obvious trend of some disciplines, research strength are more concentrated. With the goal of raising the number of National Social Science Fund projects, we propose suggestions for discipline building and research platform building.
