摘要
阴虚痰饮证是咳喘中的一个特殊证型,从阴阳失衡、气机失调、脏腑失和等方面探讨阴虚痰饮咳喘之病理机制。分析《金匮》麦门冬汤原文及方药特色,认为其金土同医有通津涤饮之功。又虚热肺痿与阴虚痰饮咳喘证机有相通之处,作为治疗虚热肺痿的代表方麦门冬汤可用治阴虚痰饮咳喘。并结合古今医家经验,探讨麦门冬汤化裁治疗一些肺系病证的临证运用,以期为临床治疗相关病证提供思路。
Yin-deficiency and Phlegm-retention Syndrome is a special syndrome of cough and asthma. Exploring the pathological mechanism of cough and asthma due to yin-deficiency phlegm and retained fluid from several aspects,such as yin-yang imbalance,qi disorder and viscera misadjustment. The analysis of prescription and the source text of Maimendong Decoction in Synopsis of Golden Chamber showed that it can be used to treat the disease involving both lung and stomach and should have the effect of dissolve phlegm and retained fluid. Analysis and contrast of yin-deficiency Pulmonary Asthenia and cough and asthma due to yin-deficiency phlegm and retained fluid indicate that they have some association in symptom and pathogenesis. Maimendong Decoction can be used to treat yin-deficiency phlegm and retained fluid based on above conclusion. The clinical experience of how to plused or reduced about Maimendong Decoction in inscription will provide a idea for clinic therapy of cough and asthma due to yin-deficiency phlegm and retained fluid.
