摘要
中国全科医学起步较晚,目前全科医学人才数量不足,其中医全科人才更是严重缺乏,远远不能满足临床医疗服务的需求。文章根据成都中医药大学附属医院中医全科医师规范化培训开展情况,浅谈中医全科医师培养发展现状及对中医全科人才培养的思考和建议。笔者期望在实践中为中医全科人才的培养作出一定贡献。
General practitioners in China started relatively late, at present, the total number of general practitioners is not enough, and the general practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine are seriously lacking, which is far from satisfying the needs of clinical medical services. Based on the standardized training of TCM general practitioners in our hospital, this paper analyzes the present situation of the development of general practitioners in traditional Chinese medicine and discusses the thingking and suggestion about the training of general practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine.
