摘要
针对长沙国际会展中心预应力钢结构受力形式及传力机理复杂、节点连接形式多样化、预应力张拉控制难度大等特点,将BIM技术应用到大跨度预应力钢结构施工技术中。搭建了结构施工全过程BIM模型,对节点及工装深化设计、张拉力学性能分析、施工指导与三维扫描预拼装等成套精细化施工技术做了深入研究。节点深化、有限仿真分析及可视化施工指导有效实现了对结构施工前的预控及施工中的监控,使项目达到了精细化施工要求。
Prestressed steel structure form for Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center and the force mechanism of complex,node connection form diversification and characteristics of the prestressed tension control is difficult,the BIM technology is applied to the construction technology of large span prestressed steel structure. Building the whole structure construction BIM model,the node and the tooling design, tension performance analysis, construction guidance and complete sets of fine construction technology such as 3 D scanning pre-assembled done in-depth research. Deepening,the node finite simulation analysis and visualization construction guide effectively in structure construction before the precontrol and construction monitoring,the project meets the fine construction requirements.
