摘要
目的:探讨本院(民营医院)现行的护理人员规范化培训的模式。方法:对本院2014年入职的86名护理人员采用了集中理论授课、操作演示与考核相结合的方法,进行了系统的培训模式。结果:护理人员每个培训阶段的培训考核成绩和患者满意度均较前一个培训阶段有明显提高。结论:通过对民营医院护理人员进行规范化的培训,能有效提高护理人员综合素质。
Objective：To explore the current model of standardized training for nurses in our hospital （private hospital）. Methods： A total of 86 nurses in our hospital in 2014 recruited a systematic training mode with the combination of centralized theory teaching, operation demonstration and assessment Results： The results of training assessment and patient satisfaction in each training stage of the nursing staff were significantly higher than those in the previous training stage. Conclusion ： Through standardized training for the nursing staff in private hospitals, the comprehensive quality of nursing staff can be improved effectively.
