摘要
由于楚雄500 kV电网处于滇西北重要送电通道断面,潮流穿越较重。部分220 kV线路老旧,输送能力较弱。故障情况下500 kV电网大量潮流转移或220 kV电网接入的大规模新能源出力较大时,会造成楚雄500/220 kV电磁环网运行方式难以安排,存在电力安全事故风险。本文以"十三五"期间楚雄电网500/220 kV电磁环网为研究对象,通过相关电气计算分析了目标网架下的短路电流水平、电磁环网运行下潮流分布特点、薄弱环节及运行风险,提出了500/220 kV电磁环网的解环运行方案。
For improving the reliability of power grid, 500 kV Nvhe substation and Renhe substation will be built during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. Chuxiong 500 kV power grid is on the most important transmission paths of the northwest Yunnan under heavy power flow, and there are some old Chuxiong 220 kV transmission lines are weak for Power flow transmission. So a large amount of power flow transfer, which is from Chuxiong 500 kV power grid under fault condition, or from new energy sources of Chuxiong 220 kV power grid, makes it diflcult to arrange Chuxiong new Electromagnetic Looped Network operating mode and causes operational risk. This paper analyzed circuit current ,power flow distribution and related weak link and operation risk in Chuxiong new Electromagnetic Looped Network by taking circuit current calculation and power flow calculation.
