摘要
文章运用面板VAR模型,研究制度环境对中国与"一带一路"沿线主要国家高端制造业贸易的影响。结果表明,政府支出与投资自由度对高端制造业贸易有显著的正影响;货币自由度和商业自由度能够促进高端制造业贸易但具有滞后效应;财政自由度对高端制造业贸易有较强的解释作用,且所得结果基本与预期相符。文章提出,进出口贸易对外合作要注重对方的制度环境,加快贸易方式和发展方式转变,加紧对制度环境较差的地区贸易壁垒协商谈判等促进我国高端制造业贸易的相关建议。
In this paper, the panel VAR model is used to study the influence of the institutional environment on the trade of high-end manufacturing industry between China and the countries along ＂The Belt and Road＂. The results Show that government expenditure and investment degree of freedom have a significant positive impact on high-end manufacturing trade; monetary freedom and business freedom can promote high-end manufacturing trade but has lagging effect; financial freedom of high-end manufacturing trade has a strong Explain the effect, but the results are not in line with expectations. Finally, based on the above conclusions, this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the high degree of manufacturing trade in our country, such as pay attention to the institutional environment of the other region, accelerate the transformation of trade mode and development mode and negotiations on regional trade barriers.
