摘要
研究了添加不同含量稀土La的Nd_(2.28)Fe_(13.58)B_(1.14)合金微观组织结构以及快淬薄带的磁性能。实验结果表明,添加La后,合金的物相组成仍为Nd_2Fe_(14)B相;随着La添加量的增加,Nd_2Fe_(14)B相的晶胞体积略有增大;合金快淬薄带的矫顽力与剩磁均下降,居里温度也随之降低。
The study was carried out on the microstructure of Nd2.28 Fe13.58B1.11 alloy with different content of rare earth La and the magnetic properties of the melt-spun ribbons. The experimental results show that the main phase of the alloy is still Nd2 Fe14 B phase after La addition. With the increase of La addition, the crystal cell volume of Nd2Fe14B phase slightly increases,both the coercivity and remanence of the meltspun ribbons decreases,and the Curie temperature also decreases.
