摘要
聚己内酰胺(PA 6)聚合装置反应过程及熔体保温用热需求大,采用天然气锅炉供热成本高,提出以硫磺制酸反应余热为PA 6聚合装置导热油加热热源的方案。对硫磺焚烧炉与蒸汽锅炉加热流程进行优化设计、增加备用天然气锅炉、对导热油炉加热系统和循环系统增加安全可靠性保障技术措施,实现了导热油系统的稳定运行,满足PA 6聚合装置的热负荷需求,并取得显著的节能效果。
A polycaprolactam ( PA 6) polymerization plant consumes a large quantity of heat for reaction process and melt insulation. A plan of using waste heat from sulphur-burning sulphur/c acid production as the heat source of heat transfer oil was pro- posed for the PA 6 polymerization plant due to the high heat supply cost of natural gas boiler. The stable operation of heat transfer oil system was realized with satisfied heat load requirement and significant energy saving effect for PA 6 polymerization plant by the heating process optimization of sulphur furnace and steam boiler, the installation of an additional natural gas boiler and the application of reliability safeguard technique in heating system and circulating system of heat transfer oil furnace.
