摘要
目的研究围手术期护理在腹腔镜治疗宫外孕患者中的护理效果。方法本次选取的研究对象为2016年6月11日至2017年6月13日期间在本院进行治疗的宫外孕患者,将96例患者随机分为2组,48例/组。将实施常规护理模式的患者纳入对照组,将采用围术期护理干预的患者设为观察组。将两组宫外孕患者的围术期情况、心理状况、睡眠情况、并发症发生情况进行比对。结果观察组宫外孕患者护理后的手术时间、切口疼痛时间、胃肠功能恢复时间和住院时间以及焦虑、抑郁评分、睡眠评分均优于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生情况相对更少(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜治疗宫外孕患者围术期实施护理干预安全性和有效性均较高,适合推广应用在临床中。
Objective To study the nursing effect of perioperative nursing in the patients with ectopic pregnancy treated by laparoscope.Methods The subjects of this study were ectopic pregnancy patients who were treated in our hospital from June 11,2016 to June 13,2017,96 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,48 cases/group.The patients who implemented the routine nursing mode were included in the control group,and the patients with perioperative nursing intervention were set up as the observation group.The perioperative situation,psychological status,sleep conditions,and complications of the two groups of ectopic pregnancy were compared.Results The operative time,incision pain time,gastrointestinal function recovery time,hospitalization time,anxiety score,depression score and sleep score in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）,the incidence of complications was relatively less（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The perioperative nursing intervention in the laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy is safe and effective,which is suitable for clinical application.
