摩擦实验机数据采集系统的研制与实验 被引量:3

摘要 基于LabVIEW图形化编程语言设计了多用途摩擦传动实验机实时信号数据采集系统,实现参数设置界面和结果曲线显示界面,包括转速、扭矩、振动和温度等信号的采集和同步显示,摩擦系数、vonMises应力、接触压力和油膜厚度等参数的计算和显示,后台以一定格式实时存储数据。通过试验验证该测试系统各项功能运行良好,能够满足采集基础信号需求,并有效解决摩擦学测试中缺少应力和润滑状态监测的现状,对摩擦学实验数据采集具有较广泛的适应性和应用价值。 This paper reports a data acquisition system of multifunctional tribology and transmission test apparatus based on Lab VIEW,a graphical programming language. It successfully accomplished the design of interfaces for parameters setting and results curves display,which including the collection and synchronized exhibition of rotational speed,torque,vibration,temperature and other signals. It is also capable for the calculation and display of friction coefficient,von Mises stress,contact pressure and film thickness,and timely reserve all of the test parameters in some specific forms. Through the experimental validation,various functions of this system are operated well. Besides the needs of some basic signals,this system successfully solved the lack of monitoring for stress and lubrication conditions in most current tribology testers. It can have extensive adaptation and application valuable for tribology experiments.
