摘要
为了稳定和提高拖拉机塑料件质量,对塑料件材质进行研究并建立一套材质性能分类标注系统,用于产品设计时对每个塑料件材质性能的标注,并以此为依据,在采购、检验、生产各环节对塑料件进行质量控制,从而保证拖拉机整机性能的实现和可靠性提高。
In order to stabilize and improve the quality of plastic parts, the paper establishes a set of material performance classification tagging system used for material performance labeling in designing each plastic part, controls the plastic part quality in the procurement, inspection, production according to the tagging system, and then ensures the whole tractor performance.
