摘要
采用不同的锻压工艺制备了新型铜基建筑壁饰试件,并进行了耐腐蚀性能和耐磨损性能的测试与分析。结果表明:在试验条件下,随始锻温度从820℃升高至920℃,终锻温度从660℃升高至740℃,锻压变形量从4.5%增大至12.5%,试样的耐腐蚀性能和耐磨损性能均先提高后下降。新型铜基建筑壁饰的最佳锻压工艺参数为:900℃始锻温度、720℃终锻温度和8.5%变形量。
A new copper based architectural wall decoration specimens prepared by different forging processes, and the corrosion resistance and wear resistance were tested and analyzed. The results show that under test conditions, both of the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of samples firstly increase and then decrease with initial forging temperature increasing from 820 ℃ to 920 ℃, final forging temperature increasing from 660℃ to 740℃ and forging deformation increasing from 4.5 % to 12.5 %. Optimum forging process parameters of new copper based architectural wall decoration are the initial forging temperature at 900℃, the final forging temperature at 720℃ and the amount of forging deformation of 8.5%.
