儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病患者外周血IL-7、TK1、LDH水平变化的临床意义及其相关性研究 被引量:9

Study on the correlation and the clinical significance of the changes of IL-7,TK1 and LDH levels in peripheral blood of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia

摘要 目的探讨外周血白介素-7(IL-7)、胸苷激酶1(TK1)、乳酸脱氢酶水平(LDH)等指标的变化对儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)的辅助诊断和疗效观察的临床应用价值。方法选取65名建康体检者为对照组,65例确诊为ALL的患儿为ALL组,56例化疗后缓解患儿为缓解组,54例缓解后复发患儿为复发组。空腹抽取静脉血,分别检测IL-7、TK1和LDH水平。分析ALL组、缓解组以及复发组的血清IL-7、TK1、LDH的水平变化以及这些指标之间的相关性。结果 ALL组血清IL-7、TK1、LDH水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);复发组血清IL-7、TK1、LDH水平高于对照组(P<0.05);缓解组血清IL-7、TK1、LDH水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组血清IL-7、TK1、LDH相关性不显著(P>0.05);ALL组血清IL-7、TK1分别与LDH相关性显著(P<0.05),IL-7与TK1相关性不显著(P>0.05)。结论联合检测外周血IL-7、TK1和LDH水平对儿童ALL的辅助诊断、疗效观察等有重要临床应用价值。 Objective To study the clinical value of interleukin-7(IL-7),thymidine kinase 1(TK1)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)levels in peripheral blood in the diagnosis and curative effect of acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL)in children.Methods 65 cases of healthy children were selected as the control group,65 cases of children with ALL were selected as the ALL group,56 cases of children with remission after chemotherapy were selected as the remission group,54 cases of children with relapse after remission were selected as the relapse group.Fasting venous blood was collected for detection of IL-7,TK1 and LDH levels.The changes of serum IL-7,TK1 and LDH levels in the ALL group,the remission group and the relapse group and their correlation were analyzed.Results The levels of IL-7,TK1,LDH in the control group and the ALL group were compared:the levels of serum IL-7,TK1,LDH in the ALL group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The levels of serum IL-7,TK1,LDH in the control group and the relapse group,the remission group were compared that The serum levels of IL-7,TK1,LDH in the relapse group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).There were statistical significantly differences of the serum levels of IL-7,TK1,LDH in the remission group and the control group(P0.05).The correlations analysis of serum IL-7,TK1,LDH in the control group and the ALL group that the correlations of serum IL-7,TK1,LDH in the control group there were no statistical significantly differences(P0.05).The correlations of IL-7,TK1 with LDH in the ALL group there were statistical significantly differences(P0.05).The correlation between IL-7 and TK1 in the ALL group there were no statistical significantly differences(P0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of IL-7,TK1 and LDH levels in peripheral blood has an important clinical value for the auxiliary diagnosis and observation of the curative effect of children's ALL.
