摘要
目的探讨分析联用孟鲁司特与普米克令舒治疗对肺炎支原体肺炎患儿气道高反应性的影响。方法选取2016年3月~2017年7月我院收治的98例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为参考组和联合组,每组各49例。参考组患儿实施常规抗生素治疗,联合组患儿实施常规抗生素+孟鲁司特+普米克令舒治疗。比较两组患者的相关指标。结果治疗后,两组患儿的最大呼气流量(PEF)变异率、血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平均显著低于治疗前,且联合组患儿的最大PEF变异率、血清TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组患儿的综合疗效分布情况及治疗总有效率与参考组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肺炎支原体肺炎患儿常规抗生素治疗的基础上联用孟鲁司特和普米克令舒,不仅能够改善患儿的气道高反应性,还可显著控制炎症反应,增强综合疗效。
Objective To explore and analyze on the effect of Montelukast combined with Pulmicort on airway hyper-reactivity in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods From March 2016 to July 2017,a total of 98 cases of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The random number table method was used to divide them into reference group and combination group,with 49 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with routine antibiotic treatment and the combination group was treated with routine antibiotics +Montelukast +Pulmicort treatment.The related indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the mutation rate of peak expiratory flow(PEF),serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6) levels in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,while the mutation rate of PEF,TNF-α and IL-6 in the combination group were lower than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).The distribution of comprehensive efficacy and the total effective rate in the combination group were significantly different from those in the reference group(P〈0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional antibiotics treatment in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,the Montelukast combined with Pulmicort can improve airway hyper-reactivity,significantly control the inflammatory response and enhance the comprehensive curative effect.
