摘要
通过对碳酸钙泡腾制剂及其常用赋形剂和制备方法进行概述,对碳酸钙泡腾制剂的生产过程及质量常见问题进行分析并提出解决方法;将碳酸钙制备成泡腾制剂很好地解决了碳酸钙口感差、吸收差等问题,提高了碳酸钙的生物利用度,提高了儿童用药的顺应性。
This paper summarizes the most frequently used excipients and preparation methods of calcium carbonate effervescent preparations,and summarizes the production process and the common quality problems of calcium carbonate effervescent preparations and put forward solutions. The prepared calcium carbonate effervescent preparations solves the problems of poor taste and poor absorption of calcium carbonate,and improves the bioavailability of calcium calcium carbonate,and improves the medication compliance in chidren.
