氧驱动雾化吸入与空气压缩泵雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的效果比较 被引量:5

Comparison on the Effects of Oxygen Driven Atomizing Inhalation and Air Compression Pump Atomization Inhalation in the Treatment of Pediatric Asthma

摘要 目的比较氧驱动雾化吸入与空气压缩泵雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果。方法选择我院2015年8月至2017年4月期间收治的小儿哮喘患儿80例,随机分为两组各40例。对照组接受空气压缩泵雾化吸入治疗,研究组接受氧驱动雾化吸入治疗,比较两组的疗效、症状消失时间、住院时间和Fe NO值。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为95.0%,显著高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05)。研究组的咳嗽胸闷消失时间、喘息消失时间、呼吸困难消失时间及住院时间均显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的Fe NO值显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氧驱动雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘疗效显著,能缩短症状改善时间和住院时间。 Objective To compare the clinical effects of oxygen driven atomizing inhalation and air compression pump atomization inhalation in the treatment of children with asthma. Methods 80 cases of children with asthma admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to April 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with air compression pump atomization inhalation, while the study group was treated with oxygen driven atomizing inhalation. The curative effect, disappearance time of symptoms, hospitalization time and FeNO value were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment of study group was 95.0%, significantly higher than 80.0% of the control group (P 〈0.05). The disappearance time of cough and chest distress, disappearance time of wheezing, disappearance time of dyspnea, and hospitalization time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P 〈0.05). After treatment, the FeNO value of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Oxygen driven atomizing inhalation has significant curative effect in the treatment of children with asthma, which can shorten the improvement time of symptoms and hospitalization time.
