摘要
继承与发扬医学道德传统,应对医学技术发展和医疗卫生改革,是我国医学伦理学的面临的主要课题;从提升教学和实践的效果出发应对医学伦理和生命伦理作适当的区分;力促规范伦理与德性伦理的结合,开拓医疗卫生机构建伦理、责任伦理的研究,提升与强化紧密结合医学伦理实践的理论研究,力促医学伦理扎根临床和其他卫生实践,以有利于医学伦理更好地服务于患者和广大人群的健康为准则处理好现代与传统的关系,和广大医务人员一起坚守医学人文宗旨,是对我国医学伦理以往路程的思考。
The main task of medical ethics in China is to inherit and develop the traditions of medical morality so as to deal with the medical technology development and health care reform. The author argues that it is necessary to distinguish medical ethics from bioethics from the perspective of promoting effectiveness of teaching and practice,promote integration of normative ethics and virtue ethics,explore researches on ethics of medical institution and responsibility ethics,and strengthen theoretical research closely related to medical ethics practice,all of which will promote development of medical ethics rooted in clinical practice and other health care practice. Thus,medical ethics can better service for patients and public health,balance the relation between tradition and modern,keep its commitment to medical humanity. All above is a summary and thought of the history and development of medical ethics in China.
