摘要
洪水灾害是我国面临的最严重的自然灾害之一,但我国至今仍没有统一的水灾等级标准。此文在相关理论及研究的基础上,将距离熵引入传统的洪灾脆弱性评价,旨在避免原有传统评价的不足,为洪水灾害脆弱性评价提供一个新方法。并将该方法运用于全国31个省份的洪水脆弱性评价中,得到基于该方法的全国各省洪水成灾评价表。研究结果表明,该新方法表现出良好的适用性。
Flood disaster is one of the most serious natural disasters in our country,but there is still no unified flood grade standard in China by now.On the basis of relevant theory and research,this paper introduces distance entropy into the traditional flood vulnerability assessment,in order to avoid the shortcomings of the traditional evaluation,we proposed a new method for flood vulnerability assessment.The method is then applied to flood vulnerability assessment of 31 provinces in China,and the flood disaster assessment tables of provinces are obtained based on the method.The results show that the new method shows good applicability.
