植物MADS-box转录因子参与调控非生物胁迫的研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 介绍了MADS-box转录因子的命名、分布、分类及结构,概述了近年来MADS-box转录因子参与调控水稻、玉米和番茄等植物对非生物胁迫(干旱、高盐、高温、低温等)响应方面的研究进展,并对MADS-box的家族成员进行了系统进化树分析,以期为进一步鉴定MADS-box家族转录因子的生物学功能和抗性植株的培育提供参考。 This paper introduces the naming,distribution,classification and structure of MADS-box transcription factors,summarizes the research progresses of MADS-box transcription factors in regulating the response of plants(rice,maize,tomato,etc.) to abiotic stresses(drought,high salt,high temperature,low temperature,and so on) in recent years,and analyzes the phylogenetic tree of family members of MADS-box,hoping to provide references for the further identification of biological functions of MADS-box family transcription factors and the breeding of resistant plants.
