摘要
目的探讨静脉滴注缩宫素联合加减生化汤治疗产后恶露不绝的应用效果。方法选择2016年6月—2017年12月产后恶露不绝患者90例根据治疗方法分组。对照组给予单一静脉滴注缩宫素治疗,观察组则给予静脉滴注缩宫素联合加减生化汤治疗。比较效果和安全性。结果观察组产后恶露不绝控制率高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组产后恶露持续时间、平均治愈时间短于对照组,P<0.05;治疗后观察组子宫体积大小、产妇生活质量优于对照组,P<0.05。观察组药物不良反应率和对照组比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论静脉滴注缩宫素联合加减生化汤治疗产后恶露不绝的应用效果确切,可有效促进子宫复旧,减少产后恶露,改善产后生活质量,缩短治疗时间。
Objective To investigate the efect of intravenous infusion of oxytocin combined with modifed shenghua decoction for the treatment of postpartum lochia. Methods From June 2016 to December 2017, 90 patients with postpartum lochia were selected and grouped according to treatment methods. The control group was given a single intravenous infusion of oxytocin, and the observation group was given intravenous infusion of oxytocin combined with modified shenghua decoction. The effectiveness and safety was compared. Results The control rate of postpartum lochia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The duration and mean time to cure of postpartum lochia in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The size of the uterus in the observation group and the quality of life of the mother were more excellent in the observation group after treatment than the control group, P 〈 0.05. The rate of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was not significantly different from that in the control group, P 〉 0.05. Conclusion Intravenous infusion of oxytocin combined with modifed shenghua decoction is efective for the treatment of postpartum lochia. It can efectively promote the recovery of the uterus, reduce postpartum lochia, improve the quality of postpartum life, and shorten the treatment time.
