摘要
科技创新是促进经济发展的动力和转变经济增长方式的关键,在一个地区或区域的经济发展中越来越居于中心地位。为了增强科技创新对经济发展的促进作用,收集2003-2017年江苏省相关的统计数据,利用柯布道格拉斯生产函数和用索洛余值法,借助SPSS软件,测算出相关的生产函数,并计算出科技创新对江苏省经济发展贡献率,针对测算出的结果,提出了缩小区域发展、促进产学研合作、增强地区间合作等建议。
Technological innovation is a driving force for the economic development and the key to transform the way of economic growth. It also plays an important role in the economic development of a region. In order to enhance the effect of technological innovation on the economic development of Jiangsu province,we calculate the production function and the technological innovation in Jiangsu province based on Cobb Douglas production function and Solow residual method,with the help of the SPSS software. We put forward some suggestions on narrowing the regional gaps,promoting cooperation among the university,government and enterprise,and enhancing regional cooperation as well.
