摘要
专业认证制度是工程教育质量保障体系的重要组成部分,它对工程教育师资队伍建设提出了明确的要求。建设一支能够胜任工程教育的高素质教师队伍,是推进我国工程教育,培养合格工程技术人才的先决条件。本文在剖析当前工程教育师资队伍建设问题的基础上,探索了构建高素质工程教育师资的方法与途径,即提高工程教育认识水平,拓宽教师引进渠道,健全教师评价与激励机制和构筑有效的工程培训途径。
As an important part of the quality assurance system of engineering education, professional certification has put forward specific requirements for construction of teaching staff. Therefore, the construction of a qualified teaching staff qualified for engineering education is a prerequisite for promoting engineering education and training qualified engineers. Based on the analysis of the problems about the construction of the current teaching staff, the methods and ways to build high quality teacher team engaged in engineering education were explored, which improved the understanding level of engineering education, broadened the channels for the introduction of teachers, perfected teacher＇s evaluation and incentive mechanism and built effective ways for engineering training.
