乡村振兴战略:农村教育究竟能做些什么? 被引量:40

摘要 从古代至现代的发展历程显示出,乡村社会正在不断走向凋敝。这一现象的产生,既有城镇化进程和产业比较劣势的影响,也有国家实施不平衡政策和资源虹吸效应的原因。教育本就是整个社会结构中的外围装置,在社会发展变迁中更被不断边缘化,其与经济社会之间的关系较为复杂。农村教育并非导致农村衰落的主要原因,因此,发展农村教育对挽救乡村社会式微命运的作用相对有限。在乡村振兴战略的背景下,可以通过树立城乡融合发展的乡村振兴观、正视相对有限的教育作用论和坚守"为农而教"的价值本体性等方式,寻求农村教育变革,可为振兴乡村积蓄力量。 The development history of countryside shows that countryside society is constantly decaying.This phenomenon is mainly caused by the urbanization process and the comparative disadvantages of agriculture,as well as the reasons of inappropriate state policies and the siphoning of resources.Education is just a peripheral sector of the whole social structure,which has been constantly marginalized in the social development transformation,especially the relationship between education and economic society is very intricate and complicated.Rural education is not the main drive of rural decline,so the effect of education on the development of countryside is relatively limited.But in the context of rural vitalization,we can seek for the reform of rural education by insisting on the concept of integrating urban and rural education development,facing up to the limited role of education and adhering to the value of teaching for countryside,so as to prepare human power for countryside vitalization.
