摘要
为了解河南省牛支原体的感染和流行情况,于2016年1—12月从河南省各地发生肺炎、乳房炎、子宫内膜炎的牛场采集肺、鼻拭子、牛奶、子宫积液等病料共计257份,分离鉴定牛支原体,并对其中1株分离自济源市某大型奶牛场的牛支原体HNMB1株进行生物学特性研究。结果显示,分离鉴定出87株牛支原体,分离率高达33.85%。HNMB1株在培养基中高效增殖,菌液浓度可达3.2×109cfu/m L;攻毒死亡率为75%,对犊牛具有较强的致病力;该菌株制备的疫苗对牛支原体的攻毒保护率为100%。可见,HNMB1菌株具有较好的免疫原性,可以作为牛支原体的疫苗候选毒株。
In order to understand the infection and prevalence of Mycoplasma bovis in Henan province,257 samples of lung,nasal swab,milk and uterine effusion were collected from cattle farms with pneumonia,mastitis and endometritis from January to December 2016. Mycoplasma bovis strains were isolated and identified. The biological characteristics of one strain of Mycoplasma bovis HNMB1 isolated from a large dairy farm in Jiyuan city were studied. The results showed that 87 strains of Mycoplasma bovis were isolated and the isolation rate was as high as 33. 85%. The HNMB1 strain highly proliferated in the culture medium,and the concentration of the strain could reach 3. 2 × 109 cfu/m L. The death rate was75% after inoculation,so it had strong pathogenicity to calves. The protective rate of the vaccine against Mycoplasma bovis was 100%. It demonstrated that HNMB1 strain had good immunogenicity and could be used as a vaccine candidate for Mycoplasma bovis.
