摘要 为了研究龙芽楤木反季节水培生产技术,以龙芽楤木枝条为试验材料,研究赤霉素浓度、赤霉素浸泡时间及枝条直径对枝条顶芽萌发时间、萌发率、嫩芽长度及鲜重等的影响。结果表明,嫩芽发芽率主要取决于枝条自身的情况,与试验所设3个因素无关。对发芽时间影响最大的因素是赤霉素浸泡时间,其次是赤霉素浓度。对嫩芽长度影响最大的因素是浸泡时间,其次是枝条直径。对嫩芽鲜重影响最大的因素是枝条直径,其次是赤霉素浓度。由此表明,龙芽楤木反季节水培以选取直径1.2 cm的枝条,采用90 mg/kg赤霉素浸泡24 h,培养30 d后采收嫩芽最为适宜。 In order to study the anti-season hydroponics technique of Aralia elata (Miq)Seem,taking the stem as material,the effects of theGA3 concentration,soaking time and the stem diameter on the germination time,germination rate,bud length and fresh weight were studied. The resultsshowed that the germination rate was mainly dependent on the condition of the stem itself,which was independent of the three factors. The mostinfluential factor for germination time was GA3 soaking time,followed by the GA3 concentration. The most influential factor for the bud length was thesoaking time,followed by the stem diameter. The most influential factor for the fresh weight was the stem diameter,followed by GA3 concentration. Itcould be concluded that,the most suitable bud could be obtained by selecting the branches with the stem diameter of 1.2 cm,and using GA3 concentrationof 90 mg/kg to soak for 24 hours. When the stems were cultivated for 30 days,they could be harvested.
