摘要
采用顶空气相色谱质谱联用法对六种塑料制品中的挥发性有机物进行筛查。6种塑料制品包括:塑料地板,电线包皮,海绵,地垫,发泡隔热棉和运动垫。将处理后的样品置于顶空瓶中,80℃平衡30 min后进样。采用Innowax毛细管色谱柱分离、电子轰击源-四极杆质量分析器质谱仪检测器检测化合物。质谱采用全扫描监测方式,将获得的化合物质谱图与Nist数据库对照,鉴别获得的化合物。在共30份样品中获得124种挥发性有机物。这些挥发性有机物包括烃类、苯类、酯类、醇类、酮类、醛类、含氮类等种类化合物。这些挥发性有机物的毒性和产生的气味会对人体健康和环境安全造成一定的安全风险。
Volatile organic compounds in six types of plastic products were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, including plastic floor, wire wrapping, sponge, ground mats, foaming heat insulating material and exercise mats. Samples were pre-treated and placed to head-space bottles, and then they were incubated at 80 ℃ for 30 min for sampling. An HP-INNOWAX capillary column was employed for separation while an electron bombardment ion source-quadrupole mass filter mass spectrometry was used for detection of the organic compounds. The mass chromatogram gotten by full-scan-monitoring was referenced to the spectroscopy in NIST database. 124 Compounds（or mixtures） were found in 30 samples, including hydrocarbons, benzenes, esters, alcohols, ketones, aldehydes, amines, etc. The toxicity and odour of the compounds will bring some risks for people health and environment safety.
