浙江省嘉善县2016年伊蚊监测结果分析

摘要 目的了解嘉善县登革热媒介伊蚊幼虫孳生现状,为制定登革热防控对策提供科学依据。方法在嘉善县每个镇(街道)选取一个村(社区)作为监测点,2016年4-11月采用布雷图指数(BI)法开展登革热伊蚊幼虫密度监测,计算BI、容器指数(CI)、房屋指数(HI)等伊蚊幼虫密度指标。结果4-11月伊蚊幼虫密度指数呈单峰分布,6月份BI最高达到56.22;农村地区HI、CI高于城镇(x^2=3.98、35.80,P均〈0.05)。闲置容器CI较盆景容器和固定容器CI高(x^2=81.87、105.66,P均〈0.01),农村地区闲置容器和盆景容器CI较城镇高(x^2=12.96、20.65,P〈0.01)。月BI与平均气温呈正相关(r=0.77,P〈0.05)。结论嘉善县伊蚊密度较高,有登革热暴发流行风险,应重点加大农村地区环境整治力度和提高民众防蚊灭蚊爱国卫生意识,同时加强监测,防范输入性疫情。 Objective To understand the breeding status of mosquito larvae in Jiashan county, and provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of dengue fever. Methods One village (community) was selected as a monitoring point in each town (street) in Jiashan county. Bretu index (BI) method was carried out to monitor mosquito larvae density from April to November in 2016. BI,coutaiuer index (C[) and house index (HI) were calculated. Results The larvae density index of Aedes mosquitoes showed a single peak distribution from April to November,and the BI in June was the highest (56.22). In rural areas, HI and CI were higher than those in towns (A-2=3.98 and 35.80,P both 〈0.05 ). The CI of empty container was higher than that of the bonsai container and the fixed container 0(2=81.87 and 105.66,P both 〈0.01 ). In rural areas, CIs of empty containers and bonsai container were higher than those in towns 0(2=12.96 and 20.65,P〈0.01). BI was positively correlated with the monthly average temperature (r=0.77,P〈0.05). Conclusions The mosquito density in Jiashan county is high,and there is a risk of dengue fever outbreak. We should focus on improving environmental regulation in rural areas and the awareness of anti-mosquito control, strengthen the surveillance and guard against imported cases.
